About
At Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video, I led a team of creatives to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that engaged over 200 million subscribers. My role involved crafting high-impact visuals, driving innovative projects, and contributing to groundbreaking DEIA initiatives. Here are a few public-facing highlights.
Logo & Branding
Graphic Design
To craft a cohesive brand for the cc:DEIA, I aimed to create a logo that not only stood out but also showcased diversity. By incorporating design elements from Amazon's entertainment properties—Prime Video, MGM Studios, Amazon Studios, and Freevee—I developed a distinctive, versatile logo. The final product remains true to Amazon's brand standards while highlighting the unique aspects of each property, resulting in a logo that embodies inclusivity and unity across the entertainment landscape.
Motion & Production
Motion Graphics, Pre & Post-Production
In addition to the cc:DEIA team's Playbook initiatives, I produced a series of videos showcasing our partners and how ccDEIA has helped elevate voices from historically underrepresented groups. The result is a powerful series of testimonials that amplify the call for diverse and inclusive productions, further solidifying our commitment to equity in the entertainment industry.
Strategy & Reporting
Design, Analysis
I played a pivotal role in designing and synthesizing data for the cc:DEIA's Progress on Inclusion report. This report details significant strides in diversity and inclusion across Amazon Originals, highlighting increases in representation for women, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ individuals both on-screen and in creative roles. To ensure accessibility, I created two versions: a standard edition and a reader-friendly edition. This project underscores my commitment to clear, inclusive communication and my ability to present complex data in an engaging and understandable format.

A refreshing agency in the advertising landscape.
In the Summer of 2014, we had a novel idea: create a different advertising agency. One that valued client relationships over profit, experiences over bottom lines. Three years later, countless hours of passion, and dozens of internationally recognized client work, we achieved what we set out to do.
Creative strategy for the world’s leading celebrity entertainment news platform.
As the Creative Director for TMZ, I had the privilege of managing a talented team of graphic artists and overseeing newsroom projects and creative initiatives. I spearheaded in-house design projects, driving the visual direction and ensuring cohesive, impactful branding across all platforms. My role encompassed leading innovative design efforts and managing high-profile projects that kept TMZ at the forefront of celebrity entertainment news.
'Inside Amazon Studios'
UI/UX, Design, Development
In response to the challenges of remote work during the pandemic, I led the development of Inside Amazon Studios, a centralized internal platform designed to reconnect Amazon Studios and Prime Video employees during a time of unprecedented disconnection. Built on the Ghost CMS, the site was crafted to be both flexible and intuitive, providing a virtual space for employees to stay informed, engaged, and connected.
The platform served as a comprehensive hub for news, updates, and essential resources, bridging the communication gap between teams. Collaborating with C-suite executives and various departments, we ensured that the site addressed the most pressing needs of our workforce. From team-specific resources and project updates to virtual event schedules, it became the go-to resource for employees across the organization.
Key initiatives such as "Studios 101," an onboarding series for new employees, allowed new hires to integrate seamlessly, while virtual events like "Office Hours" and "Breakfast and the Business" created opportunities for direct engagement between leadership and employees. These efforts not only kept the workforce informed but also fostered a sense of community and boosted morale during a challenging time.
What began as a response to a temporary crisis has since become an integral part of Amazon Studios' communication ecosystem, continuing to serve as a vital resource for employees. This project stands as a testament to the impact of thoughtful design and collaboration, creating lasting change in how teams communicate and connect.
Innovative Communications
In addition to my work on the cc:DEIA team, I had the opportunity to facilitate streamlined communications to over 10,000 Amazon Studios and Prime Video employees. These efforts increased employee engagement and led to impactful in-person events and the establishment of internal branded initiatives.
Employee Engagement
Design, Development, Analysis
I spearheaded the creation of cohesive email communication strategies spanning over 20 departments at Amazon MGM Studios. By establishing a unified look and feel for communications, I enhanced clarity and engagement across the organization. These strategies led to a significant increase in employee participation for in-person events and facilitated effective feedback mechanisms from teams. These consistent engaging communications not only improved information flow but also strengthened the sense of community and collaboration among employees.
Website
UI/UX, Design, Development
The cc:DEIA website was created to promote inclusion and diversity within Amazon MGM Studios and the broader entertainment landscape. By developing an easy-to-use guide for productions, the CCDEIA team provided a comprehensive resource that exemplifies "what good looks like" in terms of diversity and inclusion practices. This project reflects my commitment to fostering equitable and accessible production environments, supporting both internal teams and external partners. Visit the cc:DEIA website for more.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion,
& Accessibility
While at Amazon MGM Studios, I played a crucial role in the Customer and Content: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (cc:DEIA) team. I oversaw the look-and-feel of the new team organization and helped raise awareness within the studios and the broader production landscape.
