The Objective

"LA Sober" is a unique lifestyle brand conceptualized to resonate with those who choose to live alcohol-free while embracing alternative consciousness, such as the use of THC and psychedelics. This brand aims to create a luxury, high-end apparel line that embodies the spirit of California's laid-back yet stylish culture. With a focus on positivity, inclusivity, and a cool, non-judgmental attitude, "LA Sober" will appeal to individuals who prioritize their well-being while maintaining a strong sense of style.

Scope of Work

The Launch Plan

  • Logo Design Develop a logo that encapsulates the essence of "LA Sober"—a blend of luxury, streetwear, and the California sober lifestyle. The logo will be minimalist yet impactful, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.

  • Motion Graphics Create dynamic motion graphics that can be used across social media platforms, the website, and promotional videos. These graphics will reflect the brand's edgy, alternative vibe while maintaining a polished, high-end aesthetic.

  • Social Media Graphics Design a suite of social media assets, including posts, stories, and ads, that align with the brand's identity. These will help build the "LA Sober" community online, promoting the brand's message in a visually compelling way.

  • Website Design Design a website that serves as the central hub for "LA Sober." The site will include an e-commerce platform to sell apparel, a blog section for lifestyle content, and an events page. The design will be sleek, modern, and user-friendly, with a focus on high-quality visuals and seamless navigation.

  • E-Commerce Setup Set up an e-commerce system using a drop-shipping model to minimize upfront inventory costs. This will allow for a flexible approach to product offerings, enabling the brand to test different designs and ideas before committing to larger production runs.

  • Brand Strategy and Marketing Consultation Provide ongoing consultation to develop and refine the brand strategy, ensuring it stays true to its core values while evolving with the market. This will include advice on product development, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

Week 5: Testing & Final Launch Prep

  • Conduct thorough testing of the website, e-commerce system, and other digital assets.

  • Finalize all materials and prepare for launch.

Ongoing: Brand Strategy & Marketing Support

  • Continue to provide brand and marketing consultation as needed.

  • Adjust strategies based on feedback and market trends.
